Falafel Chickpeas, white beans, garlic, celery   sesame seed patties. Fasulye Green beans cooked tomato in lemon, dill, onion   olive oil. Feta Peppers Slices of fresh pepper grilled with feta cheese, herb and spice filling. Grilled Hellim Slow grilled real Cypriot goat’s milk halloumi cheese. Haydari Dip of chargrilled aubergines combined with garlic, virgin olive oil ∇ yoghurt. Humus Classic dip of chickpeas, garlic, lemon   tahini. Tarator Crushed walnuts, olive oil   tahini with spices. Vegetarian Musakka Succulent layers of aubergine, courgette, tomato   potato; in a creamy white sauce, sprinkles with cheese. Zeytin Black   green olives, barrel matured in an herb   lemon dressing.
